Return & Refund
Forestwest Return Policies:
- Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
- Products must be unused or defective to be returned. There may be a min of 5% restocking fee apply. A 3% processing fee will be charged by Stripe, which will be deducted from the refund.
- Products must be returned in the original package to get a full refund.
- Processing your return via mail will take 2-4 weeks.
- Refunds are for the cost of the products only.
- Products returned which have been used and/or are not in the original packaging and cannot be re-sold as new will not be accepted.
Return Exceptions:
- Gas and diesel-powered products cannot be returned to Forestwest once they have been gassed or oiled. If they have been gassed or oiled they need to be taken to an authorized service center for repair which may be covered under warranty.
How to return your purchase:
1. Contact us via phone or email (1-800-868-8997 | sales@forestwest.us), our sales team will respond to your email within 2 business days.
2. Once your return is approved, please pack the product back to the original package. Choose your courier to ship the product back to us, or wait for us to send you a new shipping label.
3. After we receive and access the products, we will contact you and arrange refund ASAP.
